    Very annoyed by lack of competant staff member today.Booked a service in for today last Saturday for Wednesday 30th August. Staff member took details at the time while holding a baby and talking to his partner. I have now been told this morning that there is no booking for my car this morning and nothing will be available unil next week. This shows a serious lack of customer service by this inidividual. I would hope that Management will investigate and correct this problem.
